Peak Performers is dedicated to helping organizations navigate the dynamic talent market. They prioritize inclusive hiring, with a focus on professionals with disabilities. Their services include temporary staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, and direct hire for specialized and executive roles.
Challenge
Peak Performers came to Sketchy Digital looking for a complete brand identity makeover. Their challenge was to create a modern identity that reflected their focus on inclusive hiring, especially for professionals with disabilities. They wanted a fresh look that would help them stand out in the talent market while staying true to their values and mission. The goal was to build a clear, updated brand that connected with both clients and job seekers, showing their leadership in inclusive staffing solutions.
Solution
We tackled the challenge by focusing on Peak Performers' mission of inclusive hiring. We created a modern, accessible design with clean visuals and a color palette that reflected their commitment to diversity. By keeping the design bright and friendly, we built a fresh brand identity that stands out and connects with both clients and job seekers.

Logotype
Promoting inclusivity
We created the logotype by focusing on simplicity and softness to reflect Peak Performers' inclusive values. Using clean, modern typography, we ensured the design was easy to read and visually appealing across different platforms.

Typography
Font fusion
For the logotype, we combined Golos Text and Poppins fonts. Golos brings a bold and professional feel, while Poppins adds a friendly, modern touch with its rounded shapes. Together, they create a simple, approachable design that fits Peak Performers' focus on inclusivity and professionalism.

Colors
Empowering colors
We used bright shades of reds, oranges, fuchsias and yellows in the brand color palette to create a vibrant and energetic feel. The red symbolizes strength and confidence, while orange adds warmth and approachability. Yellow brings a sense of optimism and positivity. Together, these colors reflect Peak Performers' dynamic, inclusive mission, making the brand feel bold, welcoming, and forward-thinking.

The combination of bold color contrasts, clean fonts, and modern design elements creates a visually striking and professional brand identity that reflects Peak Performers' values of innovation and inclusivity in staffing.

Empowering talent
The Peak Performers website is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, capturing the brand’s inclusive mission. Following the newly established brand identity, the site is organized simply, with friendly UX to browse jobs or find talent. Job categories are easy to explore, and the hiring process is laid out in clear steps. Black-and-white photos add professionalism, while bright colors keep things inviting and lively. Overall, it’s a welcoming, accessible design that reflects Peak Performers' focus on diversity and opportunity.
